Announcing our 2019 Grassfed Beef Season!
We are offering an Early Bird Special until Earth Day, Monday, April 22, of $925/half and $1825/whole beef.
Ranney Ranch beef is unique. Harvested young at 6-8 months, it has standout tenderness, little fat and fine flavor. In Italy, this young beef is called “Vitellone” and in France “Boeuf Rose” or “Rose Veal”. We have been offering our young beef now for 17 years and are proud to boast repeat customers across the U.S. We are among a handful of producers in the country who offer such beef and may well have been the first to do so!
Our 100% grassfed beef continues to be recognized for its outstanding flavor and tenderness. It won the “People’s Choice Award for Best Burger” at the 2018 Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown in Santa Fe and was featured at “Meat Matters” at Farm and Table Restaurant in Albuquerque this past November and at the Chef’s Collaborative dinner at The Inn and Spa at Loretto in Santa Fe this past January.
We are committed to the highest animal welfare and environmental stewardship practices. We are certified by the American Grassfed Association (AGA), Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) and as “Bird-Friendly Beef” by the Audubon Conservation Ranching Program. See our recent video and look for us in the Summer 2019 issue of Audubon magazine.
